Exchange Time Period
•We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order
* Each order is eligible for only one exchange request

Exchange Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
* Item must be unused and unwashed
* Original tags must still be attached
* Item must be in its original packaging
* Item must not be damaged, altered, or worn in any way
Non-Eligible Items
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
* Customised and made-to-order products
* Items received more than 7 days ago
* Products that have been worn, washed, ironed, or altered
* items with removed or damaged tags
Products with minor variations in colour (up to 10-15% variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting differences)
* Items with natural variations due to handcrafting processes
How to Exchange Your Product
1. Verify your product meets our exchange eligibility criteria
2. Contact our customer service at officialhouseofnandini@gmail.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE - [Your Order Number]"
3. Include your order details and reason for exchange in the email
4. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours with further instructions
5. Ship the item back to our provided warehouse address at your own expense using a trackable shipping method
6. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will issue a credit note
Credit Note Information
* Upon successful exchange verification, you will receive a credit note
* The credit note is valid for one year from the date of purchase
* Credit can be used for future purchases on our website
* There are no minimum purchase requirements for using the credit note
Important Notes
* We do not provide reverse pickup services; customers are responsible for return shipping
* Products must be returned in proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
* If products are received in unsatisfactory condition, the exchange request may be nullified•
* For handcrafted items, minor variations in stitches, motifs, or threads are natural and not eligible for exchange
* House of Nandini reserves the right to reject any exchange requests that do not meet our criteria
