1. Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions
No Returns: We do not accept returns, except in the case of an exchange for size-related issues.
First-Time Return: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only accepted for size issues. Before an exchange is processed, our team will inspect the item and approve the exchange.
Colour Variations: Please note that the actual color of the product may slightly differ from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings.
Out-of-Stock Sizes: If the size you requested is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the amount paid. If we cannot provide the correct size, we will process a full refund.
Quality Checks: All items undergo a thorough inspection by our three separate teams before they are dispatched to you via courier.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Time Period
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Each order is eligible for only one exchange request.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and unwashed.
The original tags must still be attached.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or worn in any way.
Non-Eligible Items
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Customized and made-to-order products.
Items received more than 7 days ago.
Products that have been worn, washed, ironed, or altered.
Items with removed or damaged tags.
Products with minor variations in color (up to 10-15% variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting differences).
Items with natural variations due to the handcrafting process.
3. How to Exchange Your Product
Verify your product meets our exchange eligibility criteria.

"EXCHANGE - [Your Order Number]"
Include your order details and reason for exchange in the email.
You will receive a response within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
Ship the item back to our provided warehouse address at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and verify the returned item’s condition, we will issue a credit note.
4. Credit Note Information
Upon successful exchange verification, you will receive a credit note.
The credit note is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
The credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
There are no minimum purchase requirements for using the credit note.
5. Important Notes
We do not provide reverse pickup services; customers are responsible for return shipping.
Products must be returned in proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
If products are received in unsatisfactory condition, the exchange request may be nullified.
For handcrafted items, minor variations in stitches, motifs, or threads are natural and not eligible for exchange.
House of Nandini reserves the right to reject any exchange requests that do not meet our criteria.
